Elco Child Care is now hiring Child Care Staff for our Montessori-inspired Center. Our terrific children range in age from 3 years to school age. Our center is located in Myerstown, Lebanon County, and is open 6:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Mon-Fri.
10 Paid Holidays, up to 10 days of Paid Time off, & Paid 30 min Lunch Break and Paid 30-minute Planning Time. Work a total of an 8-hr. day.

Qualifications:
- Experience with Montessori or a degree in the education or human service field w/30 ECE credits.
- All employees must be able to pass PA Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprinting & NSOR.
- Must be open to taking state-regulated training such as Mandated Reporting, Health & Safety, Red First Aid/CPR.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing daily routines.
- Coordinating activities.
- Cleaning and maintaining the classroom setting/facility.
- Developing and implementing weekly Montessori-based lesson plans.
- Maintaining accurate records of children's developmental milestones.
